About the role:

ifeelgood 24/7 is a group of 11 express health and fitness clubs located in Brisbane and the Gold Coast with our support office located in Wishart.

You will be directly responsible for our Coopers Plains club and overseeing a total of five managed clubs in the group. To us, this role is absolutely pivotal as it will help take us to the next level, toward the fulfilment of our vision and achieving quality business outcomes.

What will I be doing as the Club Cluster Manager?

This is a hands-on leadership role, so your daily activities could be wide and varied ranging from working in your direct responsibility club to leading and developing teams in other clubs under your authority on-site.

Typically your responsibilities would include;

• Ensuring the success of the Coopers Plains club.
• Providing management and leadership to the five clubs under your authority.
• Achieving results with members and business outcomes in line with business objectives.
• Developing and driving compliance, culture and solutions.
• Developing, coaching and delivering effective skills and management systems with clubs under your authority.
• Working closely with the Operations and support office team to develop and implement business strategy and initiatives.

To perform this role you will need to have;

• A passion for fitness.
• Competency in developing and implementing effective business management systems/processes.
• The ability to set and achieve high-quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives for self and team, managing and overcoming obstacles and by prioritising goals and completion in a timely manner through the team.
• The ability to develop and communicate goals to the team in support of the business’ mission, convey confidence, delegate responsibility and authority, and coach and develop others to thrive and be successful.
• An outcome-oriented focus with a relentless commitment to achieving amazing member experiences.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A serious passion to help people and see them succeed.
• Direct experience in successfully running Health and Fitness (preferably 24/7) clubs.
• A proven track record in overseeing multiple clubs.
• A demonstrated experience in developing teams and culture.
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer engagement and experience improvements and outcomes.
• Competency in computer use and administration processes.
• Sales, negotiation and coaching skills experience applicable to our application.
• A passionate alignment as a person to our values and our why.
